Description
Serpiente Emplumada Blanco 55 is made with only the finest blue tequilana weber agave. To make it, we use the juices from a mixture of agaves cooked in autoclave pressure cooker and agaves cooked in stone ovens, which are slowly and carefully fermented, and then put through a double distillation process in stainless steel stills.
TO THE SIGHT
Light, bright color with silver reflections.
TO THE TASTE
Spices, white pepper, cinnamon, fruity, bright, light body and a very complex warm finish, long with hints of pineapple.
TO THE SMELL
Agave, coconut sticky rice, pickled ginger, buttered corn, violet candies, and Brazil nut.
